Step By Step Guide: How To Start Your Own Affiliate Marketing Business!

Step 1. Choose a Niche
I'm going to cut to the case... I could show you 100s of different niches, that would be silly though. Instead it would make sense for me to show you the best niches that WORK!

My top recommendation right now would be sign up to the ClickFunnels affiliate program in the software niche, It's free.

ANY niche can be made profitable and nobody is perfect with their first choice. It's more important to focus on just learning the fundamentals since it's easy to make a second or third business in a different niche.

PS. If you're having trouble choosing ONE specific niche, you can always make a general website/blog and focus on other niches in the future.
Step 2. Find a Website Name Related to Your Niche
TIP: Try to go for a .COM if available, but some good alternatives include: .CO / .NET / .ORG 

If you still can't find a domain you like, try adding "the" and dashes (-) to find even more availability. 
Example: "the-website-domain.com"

Having trouble thinking of a domain name? Don't worry too much! Just do something related to the niche you want to go with. For example my ClickFunnels website is about "Funnels" so I went with FiveFunnel.com

Step 5. Choose an Affiliate Program

So in the first step I did mention one of the best affiliate marketing programs online that I use and that's ClickFunnels. I'm also going to add a video below with other affiliate programs that might interest you. Remember, don't get over whelmed and just stick to one niche when starting.
First Choice: As mentioned the product I promote the most right now is ClickFunnels so that would be my first choice. Here is a video on how I promote it. Keep in mind in this video i use Youtube as traffic the same principles apply to ranking articles etc.
Second Choice: My second choice would be a website called ClickBank. On ClickBank you will find products you can promote in nearly every niche! Here is a video
Step 6. Get Your Affiliate Links
Depending on what niche and platform you went with, it will all work the same. In this training we will use ClickFunnels for our example. So let's say you want to get people to sign up to the ClickFunnels Trial? What do you do next?

First of all, going with the ClickFunnels trail is great because It's easier t get people to sign up to a trial. If they stay on the trial you will get $38 per month per person for as long as they use ClickFunnels! The first step is you get your affiliate line.

Step 7. Create Review Content and Include Affiliate Links

Creating new posts on your WordPress site cost nothing to do, except for the time and energy spent writing and researching your product.

Step 9. Get Traffic to Your Content

FREE: My favourite traffic and ultimately the best traffic is free traffic from people searching in Google. The reason why I love this traffic is because it's free and it converts very well. Organic traffic will ALWAYS convert better than any other traffic online.

How does it work? 

What I do is go to a website called answerthepublic.com and put in "ClickFunnels" it will then gives me 100s of questions people have asked about ClickFunnels in Google. These are real search phrases and it's easy to get to the first page with them.

I then write an article based on one of the questions. Like this Example Here (click here)

The articles is titled "Is ClickFunnels An Auto Responder?" This is something people search in Google and I show up on the front page with my article.
